Refund & Exchange Policy
At YalaaLuxe Lash & Brows Aesthetics customer satisfaction is our priority. However, please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. We only allow exchanges under the following conditions:
Exchange Policy
Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order.
All items must be in their original packaging, unopened, unused, and in the same condition as received.
Opened or used items will not be accepted for exchange under any circumstances.
Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a store credit or alternative product.
How to Request an Exchange
1. Email us at @yalaaluxelash@icloud.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number, the reason for the exchange, and any relevant photos if necessary.
3. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item for exchange.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our policy requirements.
